Revival Haven™

Steady first

Reset practices

Look through them and try any that feel right.

Orienting Reset

Feel your feet on the floor. Look around and name three things you see. You do not have to understand everything yet. Just steady the moment.

Exhale-Lengthening Breath

Inhale gently. Exhale longer than you inhaled. Drop your shoulders. Let your body release one layer of pressure.

Physiological Sigh

Inhale through your nose. Take one more small inhale. Now exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat twice before speaking.

Hand-to-Heart Pressure

Place one hand on your chest. Apply gentle pressure. You do not have to solve everything. Just get through the next minute.

Reflection Breath

Take one steady breath. Notice what helped. Notice what was hard. You are learning patterns, not chasing perfection.

Box Breathing

Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Trace the edges of a square with your breath. Two rounds is enough.

Feet on the Floor

Press both feet firmly into the ground. Notice the support beneath you. Breathe slowly for three breaths. The earth is holding you.

Cool Water Reset

Run cool water over your wrists for 20 seconds, or splash a little on your face. Let the temperature signal: this is a new moment.

Soft Gaze

Let your eyes go soft. Unfocus, as if looking at nothing in particular. Stay here for three breaths. Release the holding behind the eyes.
